GROUPE LUANO SARL’s premium aluminum ingots are engineered for high-performance industrial applications. Produced in our state-of-the-art foundries in the DRC, we utilize a blend of recycled scrap (70%) and virgin aluminum (30%) to achieve LM6-grade ingots with superior tensile strength (220–290 MPa) and corrosion resistance. Each batch is alloyed with silicon (10–13%) and magnesium (0.3–0.6%) to enhance machinability and thermal conductivity.
